ELB 102 - The baby - 10 wheels impregnated cerium
ELB 102 straight-line edgers work constantly at speeds over 2.5 meters/minute.
The possibility to integrate ELB 102 in automatic robotic systems frees the production from the presence of operators, increasing the speed of the production cycle. ELB 10 - Flat edge - liquid cerium
Straight-line edging machine for polishing the flat edge with liquid cerium. Great levels of finish for productions of particular value.
This edger is specifically designed and built to make a great contribution in terms of edge polishing quality, benefiting from the use of liquid cerium.
The construction features of the machine give it great reliability over time and guarantee very high quality productions, enhanced by an optimized level of finish thanks to the possibility of using liquid cerium.
ELB 10 + 1 - flat edge - edge dubbing - liquid cerium
This solution from Bovone allows you to equip yourself with a flexible machine capable of automatically dubbing the glass vertex. It can be integrated with a robotic handling system.
The ELB 10+1 can process glass sliding on conveyor belts or in synergy with a robot used for glass handling.Moreover, the versatility of the machine allows the grinding and polishing of the glass edge without the need of using the dubbing.
The automation of the process translates into an important increase in the productivity of the system.
In addition to versatility, the ELB 10+1 is able to reach high quality levels of edge polishing, which reach excellence by activating the use of liquid cerium.
ELB 9 + 2 - flat edge - grooving
The new ELB 9+2 straight-line edging machine from Bovone meets the needs of the reference markets – architecture, interior design, home appliances – in terms of quality, processing flexibility and high productivity levels. The in-depth study of the tools, carried out with the subsidiary BDT, has led the company to use and configure the grinding wheels in such a way as to make it possible to create, in a single pass, grooves with “L” profile, flat edge and arris.
The ELB 9+2 is capable of producing a complex profile on the edge of the glass in a single pass without the need to process the glass on different machines or change setups.
ELB 9+2 speeds up the process of glass edge processing and makes it more controllable, generating a standardized and consistent product in quality and tolerance while reducing costs and material handling: in this way the handcrafted process is transformed into an industrial process.
ELB 12 HS - faster then everything seen - flat edge
The 12 series is the ambassador of Bovone’s polishing quality. ELB 12 HS is the edger to obtain excellent finishing levels and to have the possibility to work at high speeds for a long time and constant quality.
The ELB 12 series by Bovone is available in the ELB12 HS (High Speed) and ELB12 100 (100 mm thickness) models. Bovone series 12 straight-line edgers allow perfect finishes, high and continuous speed for higher and constant productivity over time.In particular, the ELB 12HS caters to the needs of a fast production that has to process large quantities of glass:
in fact, it can reach a cycle speed of 10 m / min.
The ELB 12HS is designed and built to work using liquid cerium but can also be configured for use without liquid cerium.

ELB 12 100 - 100mm thick glasses - flat edge
The 12 series is the ambassador of Bovone polishing quality. ELB 12 100 is specifically designed for those glass shops that have to process large thicknesses – up to 100 mm – and achieve Bovone standards of excellence in polishing flat edges.
The ELB 12 series by Bovone is available in the ELB12 HS (High Speed) and ELB12 100 (100 mm thick) models. Bovone series 12 straight-line edgers allow perfect finishes, high and continuous speed for higher and constant productivity over time.
Thanks to the robust structure of the machine, Bovone has developed this machine that can process thicknesses up to 100 mm and, if equipped with VHLS conveyors, it can process slabs with weights up to 2250 kg.
It is available in two configurations – with and without liquid cerium – and can be integrated into fully automated robotic systems.
ELB 14 - flat edge - liquid cirum even on the arris
The quality of Bovone polishing declined on the flat edge and, thanks to the two dedicated wheels, also on the arrises. Designed to work small pieces.
This edger, compared to the 12 series models, adds two wheels specifically dedicated to polishing the arrises. The machine that adds to the Bovone quality standards also the completeness of the performance, allowing to carry out the finishing of the arrises with astonishing results.The stiffness of the machine body and the first-rate quality of the materials used for the construction guarantee absolute reliability over time and great production performance.
Simple to use even for less experienced operators, the ELB 14 is designed to facilitate maintenance operations.
The distinctive feature of this machine is the ability to process small pieces up to a minimum of 35 x 35 mm / 25 x 50 mm: this feature makes it the ideal machine for making samples.

Toughened glass specialist TuffX has recently processed it’s one millionth linear metre of glass, on the Bovone ELB 12 HS straight line edging machine installed at its Merseyside manufacturing plant just 24 months ago.

J P Glass & Decor recently invested in another Bovone to add to their exisiting Bovone ELB 14, Bovone 371, & Bovone ELB 10, this time they’ve chosen the Rolls Royce of the lineup, a 471 Beveller capable of 60mm bevels.
