QUAD ROBOT
The Quad Robot is a vertical mounting machine for fixing rungs grilles into spacer frames from R&R glass. With the quad robot, the state-of-the-art rungs are assembled according to the latest technology: fully automatic screwed, unrivalled fast and with the highest precision.
The screwdriving technology is the most stable edge connection for rungs grilles that is available. Up to 1000 connections/hrs that are automatically controlled not only streamline the rungs assembly, but also reduce the complaint rate to an extent not considered possible.

GEORGIAN BAR MILLING MACHINE HRF-MZ
With the HRF-MZ you can mill up to 10 Georgian bars of one geometry at the same time. Thanks to integrated pre-cutting, Georgian bars can be processed in one step.
For smaller quantities we have our HRF without pre-cutting in our programme, which can be optimally supplemented by our mini-cutting saw MKS.
Georgian Bar Drilling
For the R&R crossbar connection, a hole for the connecting pin is necessary in the continuous Georgian bar. We have developed special drilling jigs for this purpose. In these double drilling jigs, the Georgian bars are first clamped centrally and then precisely drilled on the lateral wall of the Georgian bar profile. Only precisely aligned holes in the muntin profile result in a perfect Georgian bar cross.

The R&R range of staple tables feature a 2000mm x 1000mm working space, with rail system & 2 carriages, 2 air pressure pistols, 5 aluminium fixing plates, for working Georgian widths of 8mm - 45mm.
