Cms brembana

CMS SpA manufactures cnc machines and systems for advanced materials (composite, carbon fibre, aluminium, light alloys), plastic, glass, stone and metals processing.

CMS (acronym of Costruzioni Macchine Speciali) was established in 1969 from a sharp strategic vision of its founder: its mission was to offer customized and cutting-edge solutions, based on the deep knowledge of the customer's manufacturing process.

cms speed

Designed for the machining of even ultra-thick stone slabs and blocks of marble, granite, natural and composite stone. It can carry out any type of rough or polished edge contouring, as well as stone milling, and drilling, countersinking, recessing, emptying, bas-relief and engraving operations, for any stone fabrication shop.

Cms Speed TR

Stone CNC featuring a rotating bed, with 3 interpolated axis (optional 4th) suitable for natural and synthetic stone. The rotating bed allows you to load a slab of stone or unload the machine while working another slab, increasing your production capacity..

cms maxima

The CMS Maxima horizontal stone CNC is a 5 axis work centre with automatic tool changer for milling, grinding, engraving, variable angle mitering slabs of stone, or synthetic stone such as Dekton. The movement of the cross beam (bridge) is by two synchronised brushless motors that ensure maximum accuracy, production of the best worktops, fireplaces & tombstones.

cms g-rex

Large-sized machining centre for the working of (ultra-thick) stone slabs, paving units and blocks of natural and compound stone. Its configuration can be customized according to the various needs; it is especially designed for marble workshops involved in architectural projects and in the building sector in general.

A recent install

We recently installed a Cms Brembana Speed 24, after a couple of busy days removing the existing 15-year-old Cms Speedy, which was still in daily use producing high quality kitchen worktops. While this machine was still running perfectly, the investment into new technology will bring many new benefits, such as increased production speeds, the latest software to make CAD design a swifter process, and the introduction of an industry 4.0 machine to the factory will make a huge difference upon its launch.

CMS ELECTRA

Introducing CMS electa, the latest CNC machining center designed for processing flat glass with precision and efficiency. Whether working with thick, thin, laminated, or bulletproof glass, the CMS electa offers exceptional performance and versatility.

Featuring a compact footprint and an expansive work area, the CMS electa stands out in its category. Its 3-axis version excels at grinding, edge polishing, drilling, and milling, while the optional 4-axis configuration extends its capabilities to include cup wheel polishing, diamond disc cutting, engraving, and 5° chamfering.

At the heart of the CMS electa lies the exclusive Metal Synthetic Technology (MST) worktable. With high inertia and thickness, the MST worktable minimizes vibrations, ensuring superior quality in the finished glass products.

With a maximum axis speed of 72 m/min, the CMS electa delivers exceptional performance, making it the ideal solution for increasing productivity. Its high-speed grinding capabilities and the ability to machine multiple workpieces simultaneously on the same worktable streamline production processes.

Experience precision, efficiency, and versatility like never before with the CMS electa CNC machining center. Discover how it can revolutionize your glass processing operations today.

Console built into the machine, the 21.5” touch screen takes full advantage of the new operator interface. The operator is constantly guided through the most common steps while operating the machine.

The design of the retractable doors means that the machine footprint does not change even when the doors are open.

Tool magazines are located to the side for better accessibility and to offer the operator a better view of the tools in the magazine
