Battellino
IGU
Battellino, founded in 1990, has been producing glass machines from the Paluzza factory since the companies inception over 3 decades ago. Their mission to provide customers with the best quality and price is testimony to their commitment to developing soltuins that drive their customers to greater strengths.
Sealing robot
Automatic sealing robot for the last sealing of rectangular, shaped double and triple glazed unit.
With high efficiency & stable quality sealing performance this robot is economical, practical, designed for all glassworks that want toautomate the process of sealing of the insulating glass, reducing labor intensity, saving manpower
and improving production efficiency.
Compatible with many of the existing plants, or also suitable for processing off-line, ensure a considerablereduction of production times associated with a higher precision of sealing, eliminating waste of time and material.
BUTYL EXTRUDER BK 100 LX
Automatic butyl coating machine for the simultaneously application of a measured butyl strip to each side of the spacer frame with high efficiency & stable quality sealing performance ideal for small productions.
profile cutting
Battelino offer two profile cutting machines - Model S & Model N. These two models of profile cutting machines have been designed to make the cutting of frames for IG glass production easy, fast and secure.
In both models all controls are on frontal panel, for the N model a handy handwheel and a viewer help the setting of the cutting size, while in the Model S the wide multilingual PLC touch screen and the brushless motor adjust the measurements.
Equipped with an inverter for the rotating speed adjustments of the blade and a recipe software to choose the selected frame, our S model cutter is the ideal tool for glassware with more complex requirements, while the small N, easy to use and convenient for the smaller production.
BK 700 LX
The BK 700 LX Butyl Butyler, crafted entirely in Italy since 1990, epitomizes a harmonious blend of user-friendliness and the steadfast reliability exhibited by our butyl machines that continue to operate seamlessly even two decades after their production.
This machine boasts effortless operation, high working speeds, and the versatility to handle both square and curved strips, rendering it the quintessential tool for medium and large glassworks engaged in double glazing production.
Its main panel facilitates convenient control over various parameters such as working speed, temperature, lath preheating, and extruder distance. Additionally, users have the option of manual or programmable butyl preheating through a digital timer (optional feature).
Featuring a manual hydraulic valve, this butyl extruder ensures controlled and uniform butyl extrusion, while the refilling system is designed for practicality and speed, enhancing overall operational efficiency.
rotating table
This machine is easy to use and, thanks to its extensible arms, adaptable to all the dimensions of glass.
Equipped with one big central suction cup and five suction cups on the arms ( only curved model), allows to pass easily from small to big glasses maintain for all of them the perfect stability for a good work.
The rotation speed is electronically settled by inverter and can be both continuous or 1/4 one fourth turn. Even if it is a small machine, the solution with the big thrust bearing permits to obtain a very stable structure with minimum end play.
