Quality

The 3D Optical Measuring System, that was bought in 2017 to produce the Stone Tools Certificate for the fast setting up, is not only customer-oriented anymore.
In 2018 we started to use it in-house to check precision, accuracy and reproducibility of a tool.

Before the cnc stone tooling is packed in a box, in BDT we make a complete screening of the tool to remark eventual defects and differences. The result is granted since the tool is certified even before leaving our factory.

CNC Tooling

Our CNC stone tooling are manufacturered to the highest tolerances, to produce the best possible finish on every piece of stone or ceramic they work.

Dekton Tooling

Processing Dekton and synthetic materials has proved to be a challenge for stone masonary that have traditionally only dealt with natural materials. BDT have solved this problem with their high quality Dekton, synthetic tooling. In the last year we have created a new range of tools (blue colored) that has been especially designed and tested on ceramic materials and the new generation of artificial materials. In addition to stone CNC shaped tools, core drills, routers and drilling bits, we produce diamond cup wheels for different edge polishing machines. Our tools grant no chips on the surface and a very good final polishing.
