Brembana Kratos

Introducing Brembana Kratos, the cutting-edge 5-axis CNC bridge milling machine designed to revolutionize stone and ceramic processing. Kratos excels in a wide range of machining processes, from cutting strips from hard stone blocks up to 250 mm thick to precision cutting of thin ceramic slabs for kitchen worktops. Its versatile vacuum manipulator boasts a large gripping width and an expanded suction surface divided into multiple zones, capable of handling materials ranging from long, narrow splashbacks to jumbo slabs, with a capacity of up to 500 kg.

One of Kratos' standout features is its ability to exploit three different tools without requiring operator intervention:

1. *Diamond Disks*: Kratos accommodates diamond disks ranging from 300 mm to 725 mm in diameter, enabling precise and efficient cutting operations across various materials and thicknesses.

2. *Drill Bits and Core Drill Bits*: Equipped with a right-hand ½G thread, drill bits and core drill bits can be utilized at speeds of up to 6,000 rpm, facilitating fast and accurate hole drilling processes.

3. *Cylindrical Cutters and Engraving Bits*: With a right-hand ½” G thread, cylindrical cutters and engraving bits can be employed at speeds of up to 14,000 rpm, allowing for intricate shaping and engraving tasks with exceptional precision.

Cms impact

Impact is the right choice for all stone workshops operating in tight spaces. Managed by a numerical control, it is designed for cutting stone slabs and blocks of marble, granite, natural or composite stone. It carries out any type of stone machining: straight or shaped, vertical or inclined cuts, 3D profiling and emptying, on stone.

The Gixa is a medium size stone CNC sawing machine designed for cutting marble, granite, and stone blocks and slabs to the required size and shape. cms sprint line

The Brembana Sprint Line (OF) is a bridge saw, with a motorised roller work surface, which allows slabs to be loaded on & off the machine, while working another piece, saving precious work time. The cutting line can be configured with an automatic & intergrated loading & unloading system which can be interfaced into the production management software. This solution represents the decisive step towards thge automatic and higher safety in your factory.
