Easy Loading

The glass is placed on the loader arms and transported by the conveyor to the washing machine. Brushes and shower heads adjust automatically according to the detected glass thickness.

Washing

The glass is positioned onto the tilting arms of the loading table and is conveyed utilizing they conveyor to the washing machine. Brushes and air knives adjust automatically in function of glass thickness. The machine automatically adjusts to the correct glass thickness.

Assembling

Once cleaned the glass enters the assembly room and is aligned at a front and a side reference. The transfer unit with suction cups moves the glass to the assembling table. Suction cups are equipped with self-exclusion valve to adjust to glass size, and are made in special rubber not to leave any mark on the glass surface. PVB film or specialist film is is laid down and cut either automatically, or manually.

Ovens

The 2 ovens are equipped with infrared heating elements whose power is adjusted in function of panel thickness. To save energy the heating elements switch on when the panel enters the oven section. The 2 pressing rollers remove air bubbles from the panel; their pressure on the glass can be adjusted based on panel thickness.
Once assembled, heated and pressed, the glass panel enters the autoclave to conclude its cycle; temperature and pressure bond the panel which finally turns completely transparent.

Easy Unloading

The glass automatically exits on the unloader arms. Brushes and shower heads adjust automatically according to the detected glass thickness. The upper part of the machine is raised by 500 mm (motorized opening) for cleaning and maintenance operations.
